[OldNorth] Saturday Potluck Barbecue

Neighbors,

A reminder that this Saturday the Old North Davis Neighborhood 
Association is hosting Davis Neighbors Night out at the Well Head 
Picnic area off the D&E Streets alley behind the Lyda B. Wiliams 
Memorial Pocket Park.  Rose Conroy, Fire Chief of the Davis Fire 
Department, will be our special guest and we hope for other members of 
the Fifth Street Fire Station, Police Department, City Council.

*The menu tentatively includes grilled Niman Ranch Tri-tip, Co-Op made 
sausages, Fannie Flagg's Southern Style Cole Slaw, plenty of bread and 
whatever neighbors bring.  Sides and beverages are essential, other 
items at  your discretion.

*Two grills, one large propane and one portable charcoal, at least, 
will be in service.

*Invite your neighbors, particularly students and alley cottage 
dwellers who tend to wonder if these events include them, that we are 
celebrating.

E STREET FROM 6TH TO 7TH WILL BE CLOSED TO THROUGH TRAFFIC FROM ABOUT 
4PM UNTIL THE PARTY WINDS DOWN
