[OldNorth] Critiques of the Miska Cafe Project Draft Environmental Impact Report

The City recently released a Draft Environmental Impact Report (DEIR) 
on the Miska Cafe Project and the Hunt Boyer Tank House.

Five Davis preservationists have just published scathing critiques of 
this DEIR. All five are now on the Davis History web site (in Folder 
2, Historic Preservation and Resources).
