[OldNorth] Council action on the Anderson Building

I thought Old North folks might be interested in Davd Greenwald's 
insighful report on and analysis of Council's action on the Anderson 
Bank Building last night.

The dozen or so comments on his report are also very informative.

One inference might be that the preservation-inclined won, but their
