Sheryl,

Dan and Val's responses, which do not deal with the E 500s road 
resurface matter at all,  tell us that you need to do an enormous job 
of educating people about the repainting project you are trying to 
impose on the 500 block of E Street.

Please explain to everyone your E Street 500s new painting proposal 
that would follow-on the road resurfacing just completed in that 
faceblock.
