Dear Old North Neighbors:

	I am attaching a flier for a City Council candidate forum, to be held 
on March 20 at 7:00 PM in Council Chambers.  This forum is being 
organized and sponsored by the Davis Neighborhood Coalition, a loosely 
organized gathering of the leaders of the many 
neighborhood organizations in town.  I hope that you will spread the
