Neighbors:
In the case that you missed it, I want to draw your attention to the
following Enterprise article from 7 April. These meetings have been
informative and useful in the past and I would encourage everyone who
is able to attend.

Police Plan Community Meetings

"The Davis Police Department will host a community meeting for
residents of central and east Davis on Thursday, April 21, in the
basement of the Third & B teen center, 303 Third St. in downtown Davis.
Scheduled from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., the meeting is open to anyone in the
community; however, the department is particularly interested in
hearing from residents who live within the boundaries of Covell
Boulevard to the north, Interstate 80 to the south, Oak Avenue to the
west, and Pole Line Road to the east.
Members of the Police Department will provide current information
about changes within the department, planned and recently implemented
service improvements, as well as technology improvements that increase
the opportunity for communication between police employees and the
public.
Police officials also will welcome citizens' ideas regarding how
police can improve their service to the community.
For more information about this meeting or future community meetings,
call the Davis Police Department at 747-5400."
