OND-ers,

The "Recent Transactions" section appearing on page D4 of today's Bee 
carries the report that 613 C Street sold, according to the public 
record, for $550,000.

I looked at the January-March  advertised asking price for that 
property and I found that it and the publicly recorded sales price 
are the same.
