[OldNorth] Infill in established neighborhoods: CACA project

Anyone interested in the topic of "infill" development
in our established neighborhoods should be aware of the
current discussions concerning the CACA (CAL Aggie Christian
Association) project on Russell Blvd. 

The project proposes a 6 unit 30+ student occupancy development
on the CACA parcel which abuts the Elmwood Drive R1 residential
area. The Elmwood Neighborhood Assoc. and individual residents'
discussions can be found in the Written Communications sections
of the Nov. 9th and Nov. 16th Council Agenda packets.
