I have received a real estate agent post card (I get these
frequently, angling ro list my property):

Color photo with caption:
"Sold - 512 E. St. Darling downtown cottage just sold
in your area. Buyers are constantly asking for 
downtown properies such as yours."

512 E is the "Wooden House", built 1937. 
Driveway from front to garage in back.
Front porch enclosed fully as screen room,
hence historic contribution impaired.

It is the 3rd lot north of 5th street, the area targeted 
by the "wall" of dense development proposed to surround the
core commercial area.

The realtors are fond of calling Old North houses
"charming/cute/darling" "Cottages".
