[OldNorth] new infill-growth ideas

Old Northers,

James Mullen of 744 Oeste Drive has an interesting letter to the 
Council on infill in this week's written communications to that body. 
Because of its relevance to our neighborhood, I attach a pdf copy of 
it to this email.

Mr. Mullen articulates a new line of thought on growth that I think 
we have to take very seriously.
