[OldNorth] Covell Village Development Proposal

The City is processing applications for the Covell Village development
proposal. The current proposal includes approximately 1,475 residential
units; 55,000 square feet of office; a hotel, athletic club, and gas
station; 60,000 square feet of retail and restaurant; school and fire
station sites; and significant park, open space, and public uses. The site
is 414 acres at the northwest corner of Covell Boulevard and Pole Line Road.

Meeting Information:
The City of Davis Planning Commission will hold a public forum beginning at
6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, September 29, 2004, in the Community Chambers, City
Offices, 23 Russell Boulevard, Davis, California.
