From valerie at vanngroup.com Sun Sep 19 13:13:49 2004 From: valerie at vanngroup.com (Valerie Vann) Date: Sun, 19 Sep 2004 13:13:49 -0700 Subject: [OldNorth] Important: ON Zoning References: <6.1.0.6.2.20040916104005.01b50ec0@bronze.ucdavis.edu> Message-ID: <414DE87D.DE20B204@vanngroup.com> That's rather alarming; I picture 5th Street turned into even more of a "canyon" separating ON from the Core. And you can bet there'd never be enough parking provided. Parking Deck at School District: Ugh. looming over the adjacent C and 6th Street properties, with traffic in and out, and queuing up on which entry street? 5th? B? more likely 6th, to allow for a longer queue.. I think we should take this very seriously. How ironic that Kidd's development's name is "Muir Wood". John Muir must be revolving in his grave..
