I am glad to report that after a number of years of
being a rental, the absentee landlord has sold 602 J
Street to a very nice family who will live in it.
They are repairing the considerable damage done by
renters over the years.

The realtor listed on the for sale sign was from out
of town.  I don't know if the local realtor who sent
the ad had anything to do with the sale.
