[OldNorth] City Council Tonight

Old North Residents:
     A reminder that City Council will meet tonight with an agenda that 
includes items important to us, especially the 233 B Street proposal for 
in-fill that would remove a cottage and place four houses on a single 7500 
sq ft lot.  Staff has recommended against this development based, among 
other reasons, on multiple inconsistencies with the Design Guidelines, but 
it received a favorable vote from the Planning Commission.
