[OldNorth] F/G alley service

We back onto the F-G paved alley, and trash is indeed still collected from
the alley. In fact, the number 1 reason why our alley was paved (against our
wishes) was so that DWR could get their trucks through, especially in the
Winter.

I also believe that the apartment behind me (on G street between 6th and
7th) gets alley pickup.
