Several critical meetings are coming up on developments which will effect
our neighborhood.  Your attendance and comments are appreciated.  Additional
details on meetings further off will be filled in as details are acquired.

 

€ Monday, June 21, 7:00 p.m. ­ Hattie Weber (5th & C Streets)

* Review of Barker Development Project (Northwest side of 5th and J Streets
­ slated for multiple units and zoning change to ³planned development².)
1021 5th / 511 J Street ³Planned Development² Project ­ Barker Development
Corporation

* Historical Walking Tour

* 437 J Street / Stover Development ­Applicant will be present to get
feedback on ³project development options².

€ Tuesday, June 22, 6:30 p.m. ­ Hattie Weber Museum  (5th & C Streets)

* ³Neighborhood Meeting² regarding tearing down 532 J Street (³demolition
and replacement² plan).

€ Wednesday, July 7, XX p.m. (meeting starts 7 p.m.)

> Public Hearing regarding 532 J Street by the Planning Commission

€ Tuesday, July 20, XX p.m. (Tentative)-- City Council Chambers

* Appeal to City Council of turning down Robinson Project by Planning
Commission 416 & 420 K Street (tearing down both units).
