[OldNorth] Re: 530 F St appeal

Old North people had a communication from the parties to the 530 F 
matter that they had mediated an agreement and the matter was 
settled, in their collective view.

If so, the March 16 hearing is just a formality.

Is this correct? What is staff recommending?
