There was concern about one neighbor being enough to hold up or to allow a project... but that was it. aw John Lofland wrote: Old North people had a communication from the parties to the 530 F matter that they had mediated an agreement and the matter was settled, in their collective view. (Wrye and I live in the home directly to the North, which the planning commission specifically noted as suffering the most direct negative impacts.) Others are still entirely free to attend the City Council meeting and speak about the proposed project. We'll be there in case the council has questions about the mediation agreement or about our earlier concerns with the project. Sorry I missed Thursday eve's meeting. Wrye was out of town, and I was dealing with a grumpy three-year-old. -Richard Boire 704 Sixth Street -----Original Message----- From: oldnorth-bounces at velocipede.dcn.davis.ca.us [mailto:oldnorth-bounces at velocipede.dcn.davis.ca.us]On Behalf Of angela Sent: Thursday, March 04, 2004 1:19 PM To: John Lofland; Michael Harrington; epolito at ci.davis.ca.us; oldnorth at velocipede.dcn.davis.ca.us; members at oldnorth.dcn.org Subject: Re: [OldNorth] Re: 530 F St appeal Hi John, I have no idea... we did discuss the issue of the mediation at the last meeting but we had little comment.
