[OldNorth] Special Meeting to be held on January 8th

A Special Meeting on the Design Guideline revisions is to be held on January
8th in the Hattie Weber Museum at 7:00pm.  Neighborhood input is being
solicted regarding this proposal.

A Second Reading on this issue will take place on January 13 at the Regular
City Council Meeting.

In addition, the R1/R2 issue will be discussed in relation to support of the
Design Guideline Revisions.
