[OldNorth] Op-ed, Facts & Qs re Davis Density

Old North Members,

In pdf, I attach a copy of an op-ed by me printed in the Davis 
Enterprise of December 28, 2003.

It is titled "Facts and Questions About Davis' Densificaiton"

In it, I seek to bring a rather more quantitative perspective to the 
current R1/2 discussion.

I will be following up this item with a detailed explanation of how I 
computed the population per square mile density of the Old North.
