The second reading of the R2-CD ordinance was rescheduled for the next
regular City Council meeting on January 13th.  We need to have a meeting
before then, so we can have a position on the Design Guideline revisions.
We also need to discuss the R1/R2 issue and how it relates to the R2-CD
ordinance.

A possible date is Thursday, January 8.  That would give us enough time to
formalize an agenda and distribute flyers.
