before I send a message to ahve it pulled we need a majority of the board members... please let me know...this weekend is nuts for me.... end of semester I'm not around at all on Monday... I'll try to call everyone but this would be faster for me... so if I don't hear from you by tomorrow I'll call

For those who are not subscribers to that email service, I attach what I got.

Note that this meeting starts at 5:30 PM.

Our item of interest is on the consent calender. To get it heard, 
someone must request that it be pulled. The person most effective in 
doing this would our President. One can call the City Clerk, Betti 
Rakki. Or, one can ask a member of the Council to pull it. Some staff 
have the influence to get items pulled. There is boiler plate 
language on this topic on the agenda, as I recall.
