Susie Boyd, 527 E Street (also owns house on Redwood Lane, 1627 or 
close to it).

Mike Harrington, 424 D Street (also owns 430 D Street)

Sue Greenwald, 233 Rice Lane (also has rental at 606 C Street).

Notice that four of these people own property in or very close to the 
affected areas. Could there be conflicts of interests here?
