  I forgot to mention for the benefit of those who say they do not 
have a TV: If you can read this message you likely can get streaming 
video on the screen at which you are now looking.

The last Davis City Council meeting is available to you on your 
computer screen by going to the City of Davis web site home page and 
then to the agenda page indicated on it.

Follow the instructions on the agenda page. And wow, you need not 
watch the entire meeting. You can select the segment on the R-2 topic.

Perhaps someone who does this could do a nice summary of what happened?
