Dear Community Partners,

The Sacramento Area Council of Governments (SACOG) has started phase 2
in the public involvement phase of the Blueprint Project--a study to
explore the relationship between our land uses and our transportation
system. The fact is, Yolo County is growing. The County's population,
estimated at 180,000 in 2002, could grow by from 190,000 to 235,000 by
2050. Participants in the workshop will discuss how can we best manage
growth to preserve and enhance Yolo County's quality of life. Please
come and join us and help us spread the word throughout your
communities.  Attached is a PDF of the flyer that can be used for
posting on bulletin boards or handed out at meetings. If you would
prefer a word document, please let me know.   If you would like to be
added to our mailing list to find out about other events that affect
your community please drop me a line.  If you do not wish to receive
