[OldNorth] 530 F Street, Addition of a 2nd Dwelling, 2 Story

The city is evaluating plans for the addition of a 2nd two-story dwelling at
530 F Street.  The city has solicited the community for input.  At the
website, you can find a letter describing the plans.  It is a 1MB file,
which will take approximately 20 minutes to download over a modem.  The link
is clearly visible on the frontpage.
