[OldNorth] Davis rental situation & COOP project

Note the recent Enterprise article indicating that more and more
student renters are doubling up (two per bedroom) rather than one per
bedroom as in the past.

Now think about the possible neighborhood impact of that on the 
COOP's proposed seven bedroom project at 6th and G..

..its about the parking stupid
      and noise
          and comings and goings

And where on this crowded lot does the COOP project
plan to put the garbage cans? I've observed up to SEVEN ill kept garbage
cans per lot at F street duplex student rentals (and nary a one with
a lid, and all sitting on the street for days after pickup)
