Urgent: Treasurer & More Donations NEEDED

[Harper 2030]

*Harper PTO is in need of a detail-oriented parent to join the PTO and help
oversee our financial health.* The PTO has a budget of approximately
$20,000 which directly supports our students and teachers at Harper. We
meet monthly.


Being treasurer creates the kind of direct and meaningful connection to the
school that is hard to come by once kids are out of elementary school. The
PTO works directly with the principal and teachers to understand the needs
of teachers and students, and brings in financial support to fulfill those
needs.



Here are more details from our current treasurer, whose Harper student has
now moved on to DHS:



*As PTO Treasurer, I have kept track of income and expenditures, processed
expense reimbursements and invoices, and worked with school staff to ensure
that the PTO continues to have a durable and positive impact at Harper. *


*The time commitment is only a couple of hours a month.*



Ideally, the incoming PTO Treasurer can serve for 2 years while their
students are at Harper, but even a one-year commitment would be welcome.
