PTO Board candidates needed for 2026-27

[Harper 2030]

The Harper PTO recently sent out an email letting the Harper community know
we are in need of filling the Executive Board for the next school year.
Tomorrow, May 13th at 7pm, the PTO will be having the last meeting of the
year and this is a great time to come and talk to board members and find
out more about the importance of the PTO at Harper Jr High.

The Harper PTO fills a vital role in helping to fund needed curriculum
materials and experiences for students, as well as teacher and staff
appreciation and other hospitality, that likely would not happen with
district funding alone. Being a part of the Executive Board is a rewarding
position where you play an important role in helping to make funding
decisions, supporting the school with organizing volunteers, and keeping
the PTO running as a certified charitable organization. The following
positions will be open and we are putting out a call for candidates for
these positions:

President, Treasurer, Auditor, Parliamentarian

The first two positions must be filled in order to operate as a PTO.

If you are interested (and cannot attend the meeting tomorrow in person nor
on Zoom), please email your name and contact information, which position(s)
you are interested in, and a brief statement of why you’d like to be a part
of the PTO Executive Board. Please send the requested information to
