 has remained partially removed since August 28^th in response to flow increases for fish health. Trinity River hatchery opened the ladders and started spawning spring Chinook Salmon on September 8^th.</span></p>

 partnership with Hoopa Valley Tribe this year by consolidating run size estimation and the tribe’s selective harvest efforts to a single consolidated weir on the Hoopa Valley reservation at Tish Tang. This change benefits our co-management of fish resources
 within the Trinity River basin and reduces migration delays and handling of fish by reducing the number of weirs that fish will encounter on their upstream migration. Below is a link to a press release with additional details.</span></p>
