Over the past two weeks, the group cc'd got together to discuss naming conventions for flow management. From a communications standpoint, it is important to have direction in how we talk about it with umbrella terms as well as defining what we call the individual
actions. I've heard lots of terminology used, and refining how we talk about it is an important step for branding/marketing and communications specifically. The objective is not to reign in every scientist to follow these outlined terms, but to set a base
for Program communications. </div>

300/450 baseflow does not really follow this guideline - it is what it is), lastly defining understandable terminology for public consumption. The next step in the process is to send what has been developed to you! The initial sub-group would like to gain

beyond just the UC-Davis group. I was surprised at all the information at my fingertips when I googled this term. </div>

as to actions from year to year (unless a different method is adopted). We discussed that we can refer to whole time as 'period' or specific implementations as 'flow'.</div>
