<p class="MsoNormal">Please find attached the draft preliminary alternatives for the Trinity River Division pursuant to the 2021 Reinitiation of Consultation on the Long-Term Operation of the CVP and SWP. Reclamation is seeking a red flag review of the draft
 document, meaning we are looking for high level comments (are there major ideas/concepts that are missing from this document?). As discussed at the May 12^th meeting, this review will last three weeks. Please send me (<a href="mailto:jbeck@usbr.gov" target="_blank">jbeck@usbr.gov</a>)
