Greetings!
Attached please find the TRP trapping summary through JW 32 (Aug 12).
Not a lot of fish moving, insofar as we can tell. Although the upper river temperature is in the low 60s/upper 50s F, the lower river has been hot (25C/77F) down by Hoopa, so hopefully fish in the system are just hunkered down near stream mouths. This is a normally slow time for Chinook at Junction City weir...after most of the spring Chinook are upstream, and before the fall run has really started.
We will be installing the WCW at the end of next week (Aug 23).
Cheers!
MC
