[env-trinity] 2024/25 CDFW Trinity River Project trapping summary through Julian week 29

Greetings!
Attached please find the TRP trapping summary through Julian week 29 (July 22nd).
We've seen an odd lack of spring Chinook this past week, especially considering last year's stellar run (though the weir was in place far earlier last year).
We'll see how it goes in the coming week...
