[env-trinity] 2023/24 CDFW Trinity River Project trapping summary through Julian week 40 (Oct 7)

Greetings!
Attached please find the TRP trapping summary through JW 40 (Oct 7).
The flows out of Lewiston Dam will be dropping to their winter base flows of 300 cfs (they are at 450 cfs now) starting on the 16th. Those of you who watch the river very closely may notice the drop.
