[env-trinity] 2022/23 CDFW Trinity River Project trapping summary through Julian week 37

Greetings!
Attached please find the TRP trapping summary through JW 37 (Sep 16).

We were not able to get Willow Creek weir fishing for JW 37 but are fishing now.
I think you can expect to see increasing numbers of fish at both weirs for the next few weeks.
Fire camp is still at Kimtu but seems to be decreasing in size. I imagine they'll be opening the forest back up in the next couple of weeks.
