[env-trinity] 2021/22 Trinity River Project trapping summary through Julian week 46

Greetings!
Attached please find the TRP trapping summary through JW 46 (Nov 18).
We've actually got Junction City weir numbers through JW 47 here too, but are still catching up on Trinity River Hatchery data.
Note: We are planning on trapping at the JC weir through about mid-December (barring high water), and the TRH has begun spawning coho this week.
