[env-trinity] 2021/22 Trinity River Project trapping summary through Julian week 42

Greetings!
Attached please find the TRP trapping summary through JW 42 (Oct 22).
Trinity River Hatcher was not spawning again this Julian week, so just new weir totals attached.

SO! That atmospheric river snuck up on me while I was busy admiring fish and I'm afraid the WCW will have blown out by tomorrow. As we were pulling it for the high flow on Friday morning the water came up 4,000 cfs in about an hour so we went from safely pulling conduit to dangerous conditions in a very short amount of time. I would've liked to have had all the weir parts out of the river for this storm but I didn't time it right.
Hopefully we will be able to get the weir fishing again this season. We certainly would like to since we were just beginning to see more steelhead, but we shall see how it all turns out in the next week.

Stay dry, or at least safe, but enjoy this rain. We certainly need it.
