Greetings!
Attached please find the TRP trapping summary through JW 38 (Sep 23).
We were firing on all three cylinders again this week, to a greater or lesser degree. Junction City is back up, WCW fished very well, and TRH was spawning spring Chinook too.
Some of you have asked how long it takes for fish to get from WC to TRH? The answer is "it varies" but this year a few of the fish we tagged at WCW on the 28th of August were processed at TRH on the 20th of September, and that 3 ½ weeks is probably right about average, if there's water to swim in and it isn't too hot.
Have an excellent weekend...
Cheers!
MC
