[env-trinity] Trinity River Mainstem Redd Survey Update - November 29, 2019

Only one day of surveys was completed last week due to extreme weather and
the Thanksgiving holiday. Crews were still able to survey 4 reaches that
day and it looks like spawning has slowed down quite a bit.
