[env-trinity] CDFW Trinity River trapping summary through Julian week 29

Greetings!
Attached please find the TRP trapping summary through JW29 (July 22).

It appears the river is warm enough the fish aren't moving much from whatever cool pool they've found. As hot as it was last week I don't blame them...
