[env-trinity] Willow Creek in-season trap update

Attached is the Yurok Tribal Fisheries' in-season catch update for the Lower Trinity River outmigrant screw traps located in Willow Creek, CA.  The water level here in Willow Creek has been dropping and our catch has been picking up.  Please see the attached spreadsheet for a full update.
