[env-trinity] Trinity Lake still rising, but water being moved to Sacramento River

For those of you who live downstream Trinity and Lewiston dams and are concerned about Trinity Lake getting too full with a huge snowpack, the Bureau of Reclamation is now moving water to the Sacramento River and making hydroelectric power. Trinity Lake continues to rise, but more slowly.
