[env-trinity] Just heard that Judge O'Neill ruled in favor of the government on Flow Augmentation

Attached is Judge O'Neill's ruling that lifts the Temporary Restraining Order against the flow augmentation.  This is great news for the Trinity River, its salmon, it's people and the rule of law and science.
