[env-trinity] Trinity River Trapping update

Hi All,
Weekly captures of Chinook, coho and steelhead at Willow Creek Weir continue to increase, while counts of Chinook (spring run) at the Trinity River Hatchery declined from the previous week.   Please see attachment for Jweek 40 summary updates.
