[env-trinity] Delta Plan Scoping Recommendations

Attached is the formal document of 30 organizations for inclusion in the EIR
process for the Delta Plan.

 

This package includes our scoping recommendations which were presented at
the Stockton meeting on January 25.   It also includes our cover letter as
well as logos and signatures of the 30 organizations supporting our
recommendations.
