[env-trinity] Water Wars

Along the lines of the Newsweek cover I posted, a great deal of information
on water wars is contained at the following link.  To me, this is one of the
more significant issues we face (yeah, there are a lot).  And for California
and its part in this issue, it's appalling that there hasn't been and isn't
as much media coverage as is required for what needs to be an informed
public.
