All-

The 50% exceedence level, April 1, 2010 water forecast received today from the California Department of Water Resources is 1,310 thousand acre feet. That means the water year type is "Normal" (defined as the 50% exceedence forecast on April 1 between 1,025 to 1,350 thousand acre feet). The flow releases from Lewiston Dam to the Trinity River for water year 2010 as recommended by the Trinity Management Council on March 31, 2010 are shown in the attached spreadsheet. These flow recommendations have been forwarded to the Bureau of Reclamation for consideration.

Regards,
Andreas
