Okay folks,

 Here is a NASA satellite photo in true color taken today, Wednesday, August 27, 2009, of the San Joaquin Valley.  There are some dry areas, for sure, but judge for yourself whether  the entire "Valley" looks like a Dust Bowl. Looks like most farmers are doing okay. One picture is worth a thousand words.
