Attached find the Flow Scheduling Work Group recommendation for WY2008
flows. Please present this recommendation to the Trinity Management
Council (TMC) for their consideration.

Please relay any action the TMC takes on this schedule to Reclamation
Central Valley Operations (CVO) as soon as possible.

Also, please let the TMC know that CVO may make minor adjustments to
the schedule to meet their logistical or operational requirements.

The Flow Scheduling Work Group deserves commendation for a job well
done in 2008.
